Escolher a Alabalti foi maravilhoso! Procurei diversos reviews sobre as agências do Atacama no Google e nenhum tinha nota muito boa. Mas vi que eles tinham nota máxima no TripAdvisor e fechamos com eles os passeios, foi um acerto! As vans estavam em excelentes condições, limpas e novas. Motoristas prudentes e sem atraso para saída para os tours. Os guias que nos acompanharam falavam inglês, espanhol e português. Eles passaram diversas informações relevantes sobre os locais visitados. Os cafés da manhã ótimos, almoço bom. Agência localizada na rua Caracoles, de fácil acesso. Recomendo!

Muito receptivos e atenciosos

We did one tour with Alabalti Atacama and everything was more than perfect! All the staff members from our best man Pablo at the office who was super helpful to book us a last minute tour to our amazing and knowledgable tour guide Phillipe everyone was super kind! We did a tour to the Geyser El Tatio and learned so much about the area. While all of that Phillipe was super entertaining and really made us having the best time. I was also really surprised that we got such a great breakfast with fresh avocado, eggs, cheese and everything you wish to have after getting up so early. Another big surprise was that we even had a small safari included which I really did not expect. During our breakfast some wild foxes came to visit us and afterwords we also saw rabbits, vicunas and flamingos!! So all in all I can only recommend booking a tour with Alabalti, 10/10!

We booked 4 tours with Alabalti Atacama and had a fantastic time on all of them The guides were very knowledgeable George's(stars) Renata (geology) and Christopher (also geology). The tours are not only booked with but also provided by Alabalti which made us feel very reassured that there would be no gaps in the service, and there weren't. The tours ran to time and the guides and were friendly and very helpful. A lovely spread was also included in the price. Can thoroughly recommend them with no hesitation whatsoever.

Wir haben 2 Touren bei Pablo gebucht, der uns sehr nett beraten hat. Die 1. Tour astronomico war sehr informativ. Die Fotos haben wir sogar schon am nächsten Tag erhalten. Okay, sie könnten etwas besser sein. Daran müssen sie noch arbeiten. Die 2. Tour Piedras rojas mit Antonio, dem Fahrer und Philippe, dem Reiseführer war top! Wir bekamen viele gute Infos. Und es war lustig! Auch der Snack war gut.1. FOTO darauf seht Ihr Pablo, unseren Top Berater. Unten seht Ihr Felippe und Antonio. Mit ihnen waren wir unterwegs. Einfach super!!

Os guias e motoristas sensacionais, atenciosos. Dependendo do passeio café da manhã sensacional. E piquenique no final do dia ao pôr do sol no deserto é divino. São muito pontuais! Estão de parabéns 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We booked 3 tours with Alabalti and have so far been on two. The astronomy tour was excellent and the guide was very passionate about the subject. The second tour was Piedras Rojas, Francisco the driver and Diego the guide were both very friendly, knowledgeable and funny and made the whole experience great. The food served was also better than expected on the 3 occasions that they served it, snacks was a whole table of fruit, biscuits and cakes, Rea and coffee, breakfast was eggs and sandwich ingredients and lunch pasta with chicken and salad. Highly recommend the company, Gloria in administration also helped us buy tickets to two other locations we visited privately as we couldn’t make payment on the online systems for the parks

Took the full day Piedras rojas tour with Alabalti and had a truly wonderful time! Our guide Hugo was super knowledgeable about the environment (plant and animal species, geological history, etc) and I feel like I learned so much about the region. Booking in the office was very easy and everything was well organized without feeling rushed.
